Where we work
Central PA Talent is based in Lititz and books across Lancaster, Harrisburg, York, Hershey and Reading. Most of our talent live within an hour of those cities, which is why a client shooting in Lancaster on Tuesday can have the right four people on set by Thursday.
We travel for the job as well. Our roster works regularly in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Baltimore, New York and northern Virginia, and a booking outside the region is a normal part of the week rather than an exception.
How a booking runs
Tell us the shoot dates, the look and the usage. We send a selection of talent with rates, you pick, and we handle the scheduling, the paperwork and the call sheet. Talent are independent contractors and are paid by direct deposit, so nothing about payroll lands on you.
Bookings involving anybody under eighteen are coordinated with a parent or guardian, and we hold the line on set hours, schooling and breaks so the day stays comfortable and compliant.
