Booking Policies

Includes a minimum booking of two hours

Booking duration must be decided at the time of the booking

The standard full day is eight hours

Any booking that exceeds seven hours will be charged the full day rate

Overtime will be added to any invoice that exceeds 8 hours at the hourly booking rate

Talent is not obligated to work overtime. Any booking that exceeds the quoted timeframe will be by talent's choice and billed accordingly

15 minute increments will be rounded to the half hour

The booking rate begins at call time and includes any required hair and makeup services on set

The original rate will be invoiced in full, regardless of whether the talent is released early

If booking a full day, talent must be given a minimum of 30 minutes for a break or a meal

Agency Fee: An agency fee of 20% will be added to all talent fees, usage fees, and renegotiated fees.

Payment: All talent fees must be paid directly to Central PA Talent.

Usage rates are determined by a combination of factors. When talent's likeness is used in advertising, merchandising and other commercial activities, the usage terms must be defined. This includes the various types of media, geographical area, and the length of time.

Fees and usage are subject to negotiation. Usage extension must be properly communicated and negotiated prior to end of usage terms. Additional usage will be billed at an additional rate unless otherwise included in the session fee.

Please Note: Clients are not required to remove content from social media after an agreed usage time has expired. However, content cannot be reposted or used in future ads. Content must be removed from other forms of media after usage has expired.

Within 24 hours of booking date: Client will be charged 50% of the booking

During the date of booking: Client will be charged the full price of the booking

The client must specify if a shoot is outdoors and subject to cancellation due to weather.

All weather related cancellations must be rescheduled, otherwise the full booking rate will be invoiced.

Client will be invoiced in full if shoot is not rescheduled due to weather conditions.

Intimates and lingerie will be billed at double the hourly rate for each hour. A minimum booking of two hours is required. If the booking is only an hour, the 2nd hour will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

Client must specify if talent will be modeling lingerie prior to booking confirmation.

A closed set, where access is restricted to authorized individuals only, must be provided.

Secure private changing facilities must be provided on set at all booking locations.

Rates must be negotiated and set prior to booking confirmation

Client will be billed at completion of job date

Payment terms are net 30 days from completion of job date

Usage transfers upon payment

Work product will not be considered final until payment is received

Outstanding invoices that exceed 90 days will be forwarded to collections

In the event of non-payment, all collection costs (including any legal expenses and court fees) will be the client's responsibility

Travel fees will apply to locations outside of Central Pennsylvania and are calculated using the current IRS standard mileage rate listed on IRS.gov

Communicate any extraordinary conditions or requirements, such as swimwear, physical activities, or contact with any potential allergens or dietary preferences

Talent and stylists are not the employees of Central PA Talent.

Client can opt to utilize our talent release, signed prior to the booking date

Central PA Talent is willing to negotiate release no later than one week prior to booking date

Client may provide their own release with agency approval

Talent may not be asked to sign a release without agency's permission; any release signed without agency consent will be deemed void

The agency may sign on behalf of talent as outlined in our talent contract

AI Usage Restriction: The Client agrees that no artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, or automated technologies shall be used to generate, modify, or supplement any content featuring the Talent that was not explicitly captured during the filming or production process on the agreed-upon shoot date(s). The Client may not use AI to alter the Talent's appearance, voice, performance, or any other aspect of the content without the prior written consent of the Talent.
